I drive regional and usually by about 45 minutes in I start shifting around trying to get comfortable. Then my right leg starts going numb and by the time I stop I feel like I’ve been sitting on a brick.
I’ve tried those cheap foam cushions before and they felt fine for a few minutes, then flattened out and I was right back on the seat.

I’m in and out of the truck all day and I didn’t realize how much the seat was bothering me until I stopped dreading getting back into it.
Usually after the first hour my rear end and the backs of my legs would start aching and I’d keep leaning side to side trying to take pressure off one spot. That’s pretty much been normal for me for a long time.
